Writer and artist Perejaume presents an installation at one end of the central square at the
Frankfurt Book Fair.
Perejaume (Sant Pol de Mar, 1957) He is an artist and a writer. His work blends literary and visual practices. This complex oeuvre, where the artist often combines theoretical approaches with his artistic production, has led him to use the book as a support. In his production we find books ranging from poetry, essays, catalogues and artist's books, to authentic book-projects consisting of exhibits in places and with materials so disparate and heterogeneous that only the binding of a book can unite them, as is the case with Girona, Pineda, Sant Pol i la Vall d'Oo (1997), Bocamont, Ceret, Figueres, El Prat, Tarragona i Valls (2000) and Retrotabula (2003).
