The Berlin International Literary Festival, the major European stage for the written word, is the place where the world's poetry, prose and thinking converge. In this year's festival, Anna Aguilar-Amat will share the stage with two great lyrical voices from Colombia; Quim Monz� with 86 contes (Hundert Geschichten) [One hundred tales] and Empar Moliner with T'estimo si he begut (Verf�hrung mit Aspirin) [I love you when I'm drunk] will bring the satirical landscape of modern-day Barcelona to life; and Miquel de Palol, poet and teller of tales, will read from Jard� dels Set Crepuscles (Im Garten der sieben D�mmerungen) [The Garden of the Seven Dusks].
